Remove Participants

Send us a message or email via the contact panel below and we will change your reservation. Please note that some reservations require a minimum number of participants.

Add Participants

To add participants, either cancel the program and rebook with the correct number of people, or make a new booking for additional participants. We may occasionally participate in an existing reservation for you, please contact us for it.

Swap Reservations

Swaping reservations or changing tour options There are two options
1. You can try to cancel and rebook
2. You can contact us and create a swap request.
Note: Swap transactions can only be performed between tours and activities in the same region.

Update participant information

You can make your reservation information through the reservation panel belonging to your profile. If you need an urgent arrangement regarding your participant information, please contact us directly by email, message or phone..

Online Ticket

The online ticket that will reach you after your tour or activity reservation is confirmed will contain the contact information of the responsible person of the program you are a participant in. If necessary, do not hesitate to contact our tour and activity responsible. Included and Excluded

There's a section explaining what's included and excluded on every tour and activity page. Please note that in unexpected situations such as bad weather, heavy traffic, etc., we may have to change the tour and activity schedule and therefore the included services may also change.
